A&N Announces Contract Award to Provide IV&V Consulting Services A&N Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce its award to provide Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) consulting services to the Federal Public Key Infrastructure (FPKI) Operational Authority (OA) for the re-design effort of the FPKI architecture. The award was made to A&N by the General Services Administration (GSA) on April 10, 2008 under A&N’s GSA MOBIS Schedule, and the period of performance runs through September 30, 2008.
