Acquisition and Program Management
A&N's acquisition and program management services assist organizations who are responsible for the development of acquisition strategies and required program deliverables such as acquisition documentation, test and evaluation plans, and analysis of alternate methods and solutions. A&N is highly experienced in the Major Automated Information System (MAIS) acquisition and Joint Capabilities Integration & Documentation System (JCIDS) processes, using Telelogic System Architect® to develop Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF) products. In addition, A&N has developed excellent working relationships with key personnel at the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and in the acquisition and test communities, and we offer our clients access to these relationships as part of our overall acquisition and program management services. Specifically, A&N has significant experience with programs such as the DoD Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) in developing and obtaining approval for acquisition deliverables and milestones.

IA Operations Engineering
A&N's IA Operations Engineering services focus on operational requirements analysis; life-cycle support planning; and test and evaluation management and oversight support. A&N analyzes and documents a customer's operational requirements by leveraging our technical expertise ensuring that required capabilities support program and user needs. We document those requirements consistent with established procedures and standards.

A&N offers life-cycle support services that provide customers with a structured process to review their information assurance postures and determine the efficiency and effectiveness of their implemented IA solutions. We also assist customers in test execution management; test discrepancy management (e.g., coordination, documentation, resolution); and the development of test infrastructure management documentation, test plans, and procedures. A&N works closely with the customer to ensure that testing requirements, plans, procedures, and tools are integrated to provide accurate test evaluations.

We are providing our Operations Engineering services in support of major Department of Defense programs, and we have the capability to tailor these services to other customers and smaller projects.

IA Infrastructure Systems Engineering
A&N's IA Infrastructure Systems Engineering services are focused on providing innovative engineering solutions for critical IA infrastructures and management systems. Our services include requirements analysis and design of future IA systems/infrastructures, analysis of customer system security and documentation requirements to ensure conformance with DoD and/or Federal Government IA directives and policies, establishment of system-specific standards and specifications, integration of new security products and services into existing infrastructure(s), infrastructure component level engineering and management, and transition planning. A&N leverages its extensive experience in IA systems engineering with a unique understanding of security and operational requirements to provide sensible engineering solutions to our clients. We are providing these services in support of multiple DoD programs and initiatives.

Information Systems Security Engineering
A&N's Information Systems Security Engineering (ISSE) services consist of services that adhere to a “DoD-style” of secure systems engineering, where some level of certification and accreditation of the final security solution is required. Our engineers have an understanding of Government and commercial security standards; technologies; policies and recommended practices; and certification and accreditation programs. We apply that knowledge against a proven security engineering process developed within the DoD, and tailor it accordingly based on customer-specific requirements. In addition, we leverage our relationships with organizations responsible for performing certification and accreditation functions to ensure those requirements are known and addressed early on in the security engineering process. Our approach provides a customer with an integrated security solution that meets or exceeds final certification and accreditation requirements. We have provided these services to the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, the Intelligence Community, and the Mortgage Industry.

IA Technical and Policy Analysis
A&N's IA Technical and Policy Analysis services provide subject matter expertise for classified and non-classified systems. These services are provided or managed by our Principal and Senior engineers and cover development of organizational information security programs; system security frameworks and architectures; security policies and practices; technical security standards and compliance regulations; certification and accreditation frameworks and plans; and educational material. We have provided these services to the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, the Federal E-Authentication Initiative, the National Institutes of Health, Health and Human Services, the Mortgage Industry, and the Electronic Authentication Partnership.
